Re. "NMF" on board 4 when the bidding goes 1minor - 1major - 2minor, do you also play this if the minor that is opened is Diamonds rather than Clubs (when presumably you have to bid 3C as the NMF bid)?

It’s odd to call this NMF - I’ve heard it called 3rd suit forcing or the Bourke relay. After 1D-1M-2D, the forcing bid is the unbid major - that’s how I learned it anyway. Unlike Gavin I learned this as game forcing also. Of course different agreements are possible.
